Report a Security Issue
MUOV Security Disclosure Programme
MUOV builds connected fitness hardware, and we treat the security of our riders' data and equipment as part of the product. If you have found a weakness in the MUOV Tiltbike, its firmware, the MUOV companion app or www.muov.bike, we would like to hear about it.
How to report
Reports go to security@muov.bike. To let us act quickly, please include:
- what the issue is and where you found it — product, app build, firmware version or URL;
- clear steps to reproduce it, or a proof of concept;
- your view of the potential impact;
- how we can contact you with follow-up questions.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your report by email within 10 working days of receipt. We will then provide a status update at least every 90 days until the reported issue is resolved, or until we tell you that we have closed it.
In return, we ask that you allow us a reasonable period to validate and remediate a reported issue before discussing it publicly, and that your testing avoids disrupting service, accessing another rider's account or data, or altering anything that is not yours.
This is a coordinated disclosure programme, not a bug bounty — no payment or reward is offered for reports. All submissions are handled under our Terms of Service.
Security updates for the MUOV Tiltbike (TB002)
We provide security updates for the MUOV Tiltbike (TB002) for a minimum of five years from the date each bike is manufactured. We may extend a support period. We will not shorten it.
This security update period is separate from the 3-year hardware warranty supplied with the product.
