We will contact you regarding delivery date, bike fit and sizing details, component options and frame colour approximately 4-6 weeks before delivery.

The bike frames come in 3 sizes to suit riders from 152cm to 200cm, with adjustable crank lengths from 150mm to 175mm.

Additional frames can be bought separately and easily swapped in-and-out of the bike base. Bikes can be configured with your own handlebars, pedals, and saddle.

MUOV Bikes can easily be paired to a smartphone, tablet, Apple TV or a computer via Bluetooth or wifi and are compatible with the most popular training apps.

When will the MUOV Bikes be available?

We are now in production. Bikes are assembled in the UK. You can now order and we will provide updates on the order status.

Can I configure my bike?

Yes, you can. Bike frames come in different sizes and saddle, stem, handlebars are all configurable - please see specifications table. We will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.

Do the bikes work with training apps, such as Zwift?

Yes. We use standard protocols to connect to apps via Bluetooth.

Do I need a subscription to use the bikes?

No. You can use the bikes with the free MUOV app or with other indoor cycling training apps.

Where will you ship to?

We're currently shipping within the UK and then to the EU. We’ll expand as soon as we can. Please sign up on tto our newsletter for updates from wherever you are!

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Do you refund deposits?

Yes. If you've placed a pre-order but would like to cancel, please get in touch for a refund. A handling fee may apply.
