Yes. MUOV’s moving platform allows the bike to lean beneath you during standing efforts, bringing more of the movement of outdoor riding into your indoor session. It also supports seated riding and structured workouts. A test ride lets you experience how the platform responds as you change position and effort.

MUOV is designed, engineered and assembled in the United Kingdom. Every bike is built to order, with your frame size, finish and final setup confirmed as part of the process.

MUOV connects to Zwift, TrainingPeaks Virtual, MyWhoosh, Rouvy, TrainerRoad and Biketerra. Choose the platform that suits the way you like to ride, from structured workouts to virtual routes and racing. Available features vary by app and device; Zwift compatibility includes steering.

No. There is no mandatory MUOV subscription. You choose the compatible training apps you want to use, and any third-party subscriptions are paid separately under those providers’ terms. That gives you the freedom to shape your indoor riding around your preferences.

Steering and virtual braking depend on the app and the features it supports. MUOV supports steering in Zwift, but general training compatibility does not mean every platform supports every control. If a particular feature matters to you, tell us which app and device you plan to use and we can help you check the setup.

Yes. MUOV supports ERG mode for workouts in compatible apps, where resistance is adjusted to help you follow a target power. Its power measurement and responsive drive system are designed to support repeatable sessions, from steady endurance work to focused intervals.

Yes, if you want to use a training app. MUOV does not include a screen, so you can use a compatible smartphone, tablet, Apple TV or computer according to your chosen app’s requirements. Tell us your intended setup if you would like help checking device and connection compatibility before ordering.

The MUOV app supports bike setup, electronic shifting configuration and software updates. You can configure SRAM-style or Shimano-style shifting, then use your preferred compatible training platform for your rides.

MUOV comes in three frame sizes covering a published rider-height range of 152–200 cm. Height is a starting point; your proportions and preferred riding position matter too. Choose your initial size in the configurator and our team will confirm your fit before the bike is built.

Yes. MUOV’s interchangeable frameset lets different riders use the same base. An additional complete frameset allows each rider to keep their own fit and cockpit setup, with the published swap time under 30 seconds. Additional framesets are purchased separately.

Yes. Your setup can be specified through frame size, crank length, stem length, handlebar width, saddle and pedal choice. The MUOV team confirms the fit before build, helping you create a position that works for the way you ride.

MUOV has interchangeable pedals and saddle options. The bike ships without pedals by default, so discuss your preferred pedal system or your own pedals with us before delivery. If you have a saddle you would like to use, ask the team to confirm compatibility and fitting arrangements.

Choose from four standard finishes: Obsidian, a deep metallic black; Mossstone, a muted metallic green; Basalt, a cool graphite; and Alabaster, a warm pearlescent off-white. Explore each finish in the gallery to see how it sits on the bike and responds to light.

Yes. MUOV Bespoke offers single colours, two-colour or fade finishes, multi-colour schemes and individual designs. Bespoke paint is an additional charge. We agree the design and price with you before painting; the current online checkout takes payment for the bike, with the paint supplement confirmed separately.

The MUOV Road Bike starts at £4,995 in the UK, including UK VAT. Bespoke paint, additional framesets and other optional additions cost extra. Shipping is calculated for your delivery address. Use the configurator to see the bike price for your selected market, and check the final costs before you pay.

Your MUOV includes the bike base, a frameset in your chosen size and standard finish, the MUOV cockpit with electronic shifters, and the saddle and seatpost assembly. Pedals and a screen are not included as standard. Third-party app subscriptions, bespoke paint and optional additions are separate.

You can pay in full or choose the 50% deposit option shown in the configurator, with the remaining bike balance payable before delivery. Monthly payment options may also be available at checkout, depending on your market and eligibility. The provider confirms the available plans, rates and terms before you commit. Optional additions and bespoke paint are confirmed separately with MUOV.

Every MUOV is built to order in the UK. Contact us for the current lead time for your chosen configuration and destination; the team will also confirm your fit, finish and delivery arrangements. If you need your bike for a particular date, tell us before ordering so we can advise on the available options.

Select your country on the website to see the purchase or enquiry options available in your market. For online orders, shipping is calculated for your delivery address at checkout. UK prices include VAT; for international orders, check the destination taxes and any duties shown before paying. If your country is not available, contact MUOV for delivery options and a quote.

Yes. Choose a showroom or partner location on our test-ride page and request a date and time. MUOV or the showroom will contact you to confirm the appointment. Requesting a ride costs nothing and does not commit you to a purchase; your chosen slot is confirmed only when you hear back from us.

Wear clothing you are comfortable cycling in, and tell the team if you use a particular pedal system or would like to bring cycling shoes. MUOV or the showroom will confirm any specific requirements with your appointment. It is also a good opportunity to discuss your fit, training apps and planned home setup.

MUOV has a published footprint of 118 × 76 cm and a total bike weight of 41.8 kg. Allow additional space for the bike to lean, for getting on and off, and for your screen or device. The footprint is not the full operating clearance. Ask the team to help check your intended space before ordering.

MUOV’s published maximum rider weight is 110 kg. The published rider-height range is 152–200 cm. If you are near the limits of the fit range, contact the team to discuss your measurements before ordering.

MUOV uses a belt-drive system. The best way to judge its sound alongside its ride feel is to try one, particularly if you plan to use it in a shared home or upstairs room. Tell us about your intended space and we can discuss positioning and practical setup with you.

MUOV’s published warranty is three years or 50,000 km, whichever comes first. Consumable wear parts are excluded. Contact MUOV for the full warranty terms or help with a claim, and have your order details and a description of the issue ready.
