Each extra frameset is compatible with the MUOV bike base unit. Frame Swap is ideal for multiple users in the same household with individual preferences, such as size, geometry and design.

When will the MUOV Bikes be available?

We are planning to send our first shipments from autumn 2024 in the UK. You can now pre-order and we will provide updates on the order status.

Can I configure my bike?

Yes, you can. Bike frames come in different sizes and saddle, stem, handlebars are all configurable - please see specifications table. We will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.

Do the bikes work with training apps, such as Zwift?

Yes. We use standard protocols to connect to apps via Bluetooth.

Do I need a subscription to use the bikes?

No. You can use the bikes with the free MUOV app.

Where will you ship to?

Initially, we’ll ship in the UK and then to the EU. We’ll expand as soon as we can. Please sign up on the waitlist from wherever your are!

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Do you refund deposits?

Yes. If you've placed a preorder but would like to cancel please get in touch for a refund. A handling fee may apply.
